I agree. I mailed the developers of ICVM and their reply was not very
informative. They said ICVM couldn't currently compete with
JVM's using dynamic compilation / "HotSpot" techniques on
smaller benchmarks but outperforms them on larger ones. However, they
couldn't send me or point to any detailed technical info.
