First off, be sure you get the 1.6.2-3 installer release -- I put in 
a newer RubyWin that should have fixed a number of bugs in.

Secondly, what happens if you just double click on pig or scroll (i.e.,
don't run them from RubyWin)?  And is this only a problem on Win2k?
