Hello --

I notice that there's a RubyWishList area on the Wiki, along with the
RubyChangeRequest area.  The former was started by Hugh Sasse, in
response to an earlier round of discussion of having a running
wish/proposal list (see [ruby-talk:9479]).  It might be good to
combine these two areas, if all originating/maintaining parties are
agreeable, or at least to coordinate them in some way.
