RubyForge will be switching IP addresses to take advantage of a new link
to our network provider - we're getting some larger pipes, which is
nice.  

However, this means that there will be a DNS change and it'll take a
while to propagate.  So you may be unable to reach RubyForge for a while
starting Wed Jul 04 00:00:00 UTC 2004.  For those folks who don't mind
twiddling /etc/hosts, our new IP address will be 66.92.150.242.
