So, if I install AIOR, I can then associate Ruby programs with AIOR, and 
then run them the same way as I would with a conventional Ruby installation?

Or bundle AIOR with some Ruby GUI app, and kick the whole thing off with 
a .bat file that launches AIOR, passing in my Ruby application?
