Hi Bryce, 

We ruby installer team in Japan are considering bundling your WinGKR
in a full version of Ruby installar. Can we do that?  And furthermore,
the current port of WinGKR is for Ruby 1.2 which is obsoleted. If you
make the source open, we may revise it for Ruby 1.4.x. Can we have the
source of WinGKR?
