BSD Licence というのは、かなりおおらかなものだと思いますが...
自信ないですが、試訳してみます。

私の解釈では、上記の許諾文を README に追加するだけで充分だと思います。
ソースコードを追加する以外には、特に作業はいらないはずです。
なんかおかしいですか？
