Subject: Ruby/Postgres on OSX

Hi.
I would like to know if anyone has successfully compiled and used the 
postgres library for ruby on Mac OS X.
I got it to compile after editing extconf.rb, however when i try the 
samples i get a lot of
"dyld: ruby Undefined symbols"-messages for all the postgres symbols.
Do you have any ideas, tips or tricks?
