Ruby/Tgif の FreeBSD port を 20010408 に上げようと tarball を
広げてみたところ、 *.c が必要とする tgif_lib.h が入っていない
ようです。

　touch tgif_lib.h してやればコンパイルできるのですが、これは
収録漏れでしょうか？ :)
