Misc #16893: Create Rosetta Code page on website

I've been doing some [Rosetta Code](http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Rosetta_Code) tasks recently, and thought it would be a good idea to have a page/link to a list of all the Ruby done tasks on the website. These are good teaching aides, especially for new users/learners, and should be updated to include new features when they become available, e.g. [here](http://rosettacode.org/wiki/Humble_numbers#Ruby).

[Sidef](https://trizen.gitbooks.io/sidef-lang/content/) provides a [list](https://trizen.gitbooks.io/sidef-lang/content/programming_tasks/index.html) of its Rosetta Codes tasks as part of its standard docs, which I think is a very efficient way to show people how to use its language to accomplish real things.

Anyway, just a suggestion.
