Issue #14074 has been updated by atul (Atul Bhosale).

While working on RubySpecs with Marc-Andre Lafortune, we discovered that TracePoint.new raises a ThreadError instead of ArgumentError.
For example :

~~~ ruby
TracePoint.new => # => ThreadError: must be called with a block
~~~
