Summary: FileUtils.ln documentation wrong

Initial Comment:

`ri FileUtils.ln` states:

"ln( old, new, options = {} )

Creates a hard link new which points to old. If new already exists
and it is a directory, creates a symbolic link +new/old+. ..."
                                 ^^^^^^^^

At least on my Linux system with ReiserFS, with ruby 1.8.3,
if +new+ is a directory, a hard link is created, not a symbolic link.
IMHO the actual behaviour is correct, the documentation wrong.
