Summary: ruby182-15.exe CTD's on installation

Initial Comment:
I have downloaded the Ruby installation program several times and each time I run it it crashes. I have also tried the previous version and that also crashes.

I believed it might have something to do with hard drive problems so I downloaded to another hard drive. Same result. 

So I think it's either Windoze or Ruby. Is there any alternate method to install Ruby?
