There is some discussion on ruby-doc about people documenting core  
libraries and sending patch requests to the owners and not getting a  
response. Would anyone mind if I took point, reviewed said patches,  
and then committed them to head? This would be a good way to force  
myself to learn more about the innards of rdoc/ri as well, since I'm  
supposed to be maintaining it. :/
