I like to dive into the ruby source-code base.

"core" is essentially ruby's english speaking developer group.

Convenient Source-Code-Organization (which enables easy core-level 
contribution) is a development issue.

I ask you friendly to have the discipline to refrain from further 
messages of this kind - as it could be expected from posters to a 
development list.
