Currently the following Windows-specific backport requests to ruby_1_9_3 remain unassigned: http://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/5794 http://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/5793 http://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/5792 http://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/5791 While we maintain a `winio/ruby_1_9_3` with these commits already backported to `ruby_1_9_3`, are there further testing or other efforts needed before these can be committed to the official `ruby_1_9_3`? We maintain the above branch so that the backports are always the most recent commits. We do this so the branch can be helpful for others wanting to easily backport the commits to `ruby_1_9_3` eventhough it makes it harder for our investigations since the `winio/ruby_1_9_3` branch is forced (backport commit SHA's changed) everytime I update it the most recent official `ruby_1_9_3` mods, which I'm about to do again. https://github.com/thecodeshop/ruby/commits/winio/ruby_1_9_3/ These commits are very important to MRI 1.9.3 Windows users.
