Issue #5680 has been reported by Martin D端rst.

----------------------------------------
Bug #5680: IPPROTO_GGP undeclared when compiling ext/socket/constants.c
http://redmine.ruby-lang.org/issues/5680

Author: Martin D端rst
Status: Open
Priority: Normal
Assignee:
Category: ext
Target version:
ruby -v: ruby 1.8.7 (2008-08-11 patchlevel 72) [i386-cygwin]

On Cygwin, with an unmodified checkout of trunk, I get an error when compiling ext/socket/constants.c, as below.
I'm attaching the constdefs.c file, because this seems relevant, and is autogenerated.
