I think all features for 2.0 should be registered this tracker who want
to introduce it.

It is good to register a feature ticket
with:
  - Short summary of proposal
  - Long description of proposal
  - Usecase (very important)
  - Summary of discussion (if already have)
    - Pros./Cons.
  - Prototype implementation (if already have)
