I succeeded to reproduce the problem in following codes on
stable snapshot.
I think this is the minimum case.

  ruby -e "IO.popen(%{ruby -e'loop{puts}'});sleep"


I doubt this is a bug of C runtime...
I am trying hard for solution, but I don't know whether this
problem will be solved or not.
