Having just checked out the latest from CVS, the version bumped to
1.7.3.

Is this significant?

Also, under the lib dir on win32 there is an odd name convention:

/lib/ruby/1.7/i386-mswin32 <- native libraries

/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.7/i386-msvcrt <- native libraries

I understand the name change to 'msvcrt' in an attempt unify builds
regardsless of compiler on win32, but I don't understand why they are
different.

Thanks,
