Yesterday, all regression were fixed in 1.9.3 branch. Thank you Nakada-san!!!
So, I'd happy to declare completely code freeze.

Dear commiters, please don't commit ANY fixes to ruby_1_9_3 branch. Instead,
please make a backport request if necessary.

I would expect 1.9.3 can be released 1-2 weeks later.
