ByteArray class and BitArray class are sometimes discussed.
But they are still a chat level quality.

If you really suggest ByteArray class, the proposal must have
* a comprehensive design of the class
* use cases for each methods
* enogh merit for users

I couldn't make such proposal.
If you can, it may be accepted.
