ruby -v: ruby 1.9.2p0 (2010-08-18 revision 29036) [x86_64-darwin10.2.0] 

Various calls to String#unpack (not just those involving "d") can cause segfaults when passed a block

ruby -e ' "".unpack("d") { true } '
-e:1: [BUG] Segmentation fault
