For those that don't know, "rubytests" is Dave Thomas's rubicon ported
over to rubyforge.  Simon Strandgaard and I did some work to make it 1.8.1
compatible.  I think it would be *wonderful* for Rubicon to become a part
of Ruby's test suite.  I don't see much overlap with what's already there.
I've used Rubicon to find a number of bugs in the past.

Any reason *not* to include it?
