Just playing in irb, remembering that 1.9.2 is supposed to manage any
Time and got a weird problem:

irb for ruby-1.9.2-r27602
> Time.new -20000
=> -20000-01-01 00:00:00 +0000  # immediate
> Time.new -20001
=> -20001-01-01 00:00:00 +0000  # immediate
> Time.new -20002 # Seems to be an infinite loop, it takes 100% during at least 60s
^C^C^CKilled

Any idea why does it get stuck like that ?
