I would like to volunteer for (sub)maintainership of any mathematical
library that is such a need.

I have the necessary academic background and have contributed to many
of these classes in the past.

My plan would be to continue to improve consistency, usability and
interoperability of the mathematical classes in Ruby, as well as to
review and complete the specs and of course respond to open issues.
