ruby -v: 1.8

For ruby 1.8, lib/test/unit.rb, Test::Unit.run should be changed to having

#Set +true+ to indicate that Test::Unit has been run.
#If set to +true+, Test::Unit will not automatically run at exit

and Test::Unit.run? should be changed to having

#Tests have already been run?

to fix the grammar of the documentation.
