Is the 1.9.1 preview release 3 still planned for next Friday? [ruby-core:23977]
More importantly, will the features of 1.9.2 be frozen at this time?
Does that include the libraries?

There are many feature requests and bug reports requiring api changes
in the libraries.
Some feature requests can not be assigned because there are no
maintainers for many libraries:

Beside the libraries, there are requests in core that could probably
be decided now. I thought a list might be helpful:
