Some people have run into the bug in win32 where writing to a temp
file, flushing it, then subsequently calling file.size doesn't work
[returns zero in error].

My question is should this be patched in tempfile [a possible patch is
[2] adds an fsync before any flush] or should it be more that flush
should always call fsync in general for win32?

Thoughts?
Thanks!
