| Initially I thought UTC was the timezone common in the Ruby ChangeLog.
| But I've noticed that it's actually Japanese time. Should I be
| converting my dates to that?

Yes, they are in Japanese timezone. If it's easy for you to adjust,
please do so for the future entries.
