Summary: RDoc for Kernel#select same as IO.select

Initial Comment:
Kernel#select says

IO.select(read_array
[, write_array
[, error_array
[, timeout]]] ) => array or nil

See Kernel#select.

in its RDoc definition. Circular reference is not very useful. ;)

Thanks Mietek! That's much better. I actually own that
book but was unaware of that web page. I guess I should
actually read the introductions and prefaces.
